Alexander Krivchikov is a qigong and tai chi instructor with extensive practical and teaching experience, for whom health, inner balance, and a caring, individual approach to each person always come first. His classes help restore energy, strengthen the body, relieve tension, and introduce students to a deep yet accessible practice that even complete beginners can comfortably start with. This format is for those who are looking not just for physical activity, but for a more mindful and harmonious connection with themselves.
Liubov Sountourli is a psychologist, coach, and facilitator of transformative self-discovery practices. She is currently completing her Master’s degree in Psychology. In her work, Liubov combines coaching, the transformational game Leela, metaphorical cards, systemic constellations, numerology, and Kundalini energy practices. She helps clients uncover limiting beliefs and unconscious patterns, clarify their goals, reconnect with themselves, access inner resources, and create a clear path from where they are now to the changes they truly seek — with care, awareness, and at their own pace.
Graduate of the Sergey Andriyaka School of Watercolour in Moscow, Yuri Grymov’s Cinematic Advertising Workshop, and the “White Photo” School of Photographic Arts. I teach children the fundamentals of painting, composition, and creative expression through a variety of artistic techniques. My workshops also include hand-building with clay, candle making, and creating decorative pieces from gypsum. I believe that creativity helps children develop imagination, confidence, patience, and the ability to see beauty in everyday things. Each class is designed as a warm, engaging, and inspiring experience where every child can create something unique with their own hands.
