Regular qigong and tai chi classes with Alex offer a space to restore energy, strengthen the body, release tension, and return to a state of inner balance. These sessions combine mindful movement, breath, and deep relaxation, helping improve flexibility, posture, resilience, and emotional harmony. A gentle yet powerful practice for those seeking greater wellbeing, vitality, and a more grounded connection with themselves. Classes take place every Thursday and Sunday at 7:00 PM.

Our Masters
